Philips and Architettura Sonora. Lorenzo Brusci’ sound experience design.

Symbolic spaces. How can you learn the grace of a gesture, of an object, of a function, of a relationship, of a physical state? Symbolic Arts (because of their public exposure of personal intensification) are the only training. The art of a presence, itself individual and public at once: a verbal metaphor is expressing why you feel/need emotional space around a common word/meaning; a choreography or a drama are then suspending its private symbolism into a public cognitive rite. Any construction is meaningful because of the emotional and linguistic research behind the choice of that individual though widely public expressive action.

These are some of the issues emerging from the research Philips - Goal Venture - are sharing with Lorenzo Brusci and his Architettura Sonora team. The making of an intelligent space. A dynamic learning center of a brand’s main properties. Selling goods is a way of sharing information and perspectives on society. But the space where a function happen cannot - NEVER - be reduced to it.

In 2 months a pilot multisensorial shop in Eindhoven will be allowing us to test the experiential implications of such a dynamic space.

The Goethe Institute - New Delhi and the Attakkalari Center for Movement Arts present “For Pina”.

Lorenzo Brusci and Architettura Sonora have been invited by Attakkalari Center for Movements Arts and the Goethe Institute of New Dehli to join the performance-tribute to Pina Bausch. The event will be touring India between january and february 2010. A sound immersive installation dedicated to the german dance theatre master will be experienced and danced by Attakkalari’s dancers and musicians.

1 year ago Lorenzo Coppini from B&C Speakers and Lorenzo Brusci / SED founded Architettura Sonora (Sonic Architecture)/Applied Acoustics as a division of B&C. After 1 year A.S. is approaching the Furniture Fair in Milano (13-19 April 2010) proud to present the final aesthetic and acoustic set up of all its Sound Modules. Many are the markets we are exploring; many are the fields of application interested in our sonic architectural research. Soon the first official new pictures and videos.
